About this job
We are currently hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry Clerk.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide general office administrative support
* Plan, coordinate, and provide support for all customer conference calls
* Provide weekly communication with customers
* Provide scheduling support between senior staff and customers
* Design and maintain systems for data and file organization
* Co-plan and manage company-wide meetings and retreats
* Work closely with senior staff to improve our overall level of customer support
The position requires the following skills and experience:
* GED or some college degree
* Strong multi-tasking ability
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to focus and prioritize competing work projects and manage time under tight deadlines
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Experience in customer service, including a competent, engaging phone presence
* Ability to work effectively as a team member
The successful candidate will have the following qualities and experience:
* An obsessive attention to detail
* A personal commitment to constant growth and development
* A sense of humor
