About this job
La Boulange, a French Bakery & Cafe, is looking for Cafe Associates, Cooks, and Shift Leads/Floor Managers for our Inner Sunset location! The cafe is very fast paced with breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and hand-crafted drinks.
For those who work at least 20 hours per week, benefits may include:

All employees must be:
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Have great communication and customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Eager to learn and driven to improve every day
- Able to switch between tasks/stations with ease and prioritize various responsibilities
Cooks:
- Must be experienced
- Willing to work hot line, pantry, prep, dish, and expo
- Comfortable bringing food to tables and interacting with guests
- Able to work alongside of and share front of house responsibilities, including dining room maintenance and guest service
Cafe Associates:
- Experienced with or ready to learn:
- POS Register Operation
- Preparation of espresso and cocktail beverages
- Bussing, Expediting, and Dishwashing
- Food Handling, Warming, and Preparation
Earliest shifts begin at 6 AM and latest end at 10 PM. Weekend, Park Festival, & holiday availability are required.
