Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform business requirements gathering from key
stakeholders - Interface with internal and external stakeholders in
support of Part D initiatives - Support ad hoc data reporting
- Coordinate project management for critical projects
within analytics team - Work collaboratively with business
partners, SMEs, Developers and Testers to ensure a shared understanding of
business requirements - Summarize the output of analytic and development
activities into an informative, yet concise, presentation format and present the
results to key functional areas and stakeholders - Collaborate with other functional areas and
translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety
of audiences, both verbally and in writing - Develop and maintain documentation that chronicles
processes related to previous analytic and development activities and
associated results - Oversight & Monitoring of key existing production
processes and data transfers - Performs all other related duties as
assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar function
- Previous experience interacting, communication, and presenting technical information to non- technical audience including senior leadership
- 1+ years of experience working with and analyzing large volumes of data utilizing SQL or SAS
- 3+ years experience leading or driving complex business projects
- 1+ years experience with project management/project coordination and requirements gathering
- Previous experience using MS Project to manage resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare/Pharmacy experience is preferred
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel; creating and using pivot tables, macros, graphs, and complex formulas
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Access
- Previous experience working with production environments within SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience with data management - working with various file formats and disparate data sources
