Casillas Enterprise is expanding and opened a new location. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team. We currently have positions available for RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE with MANAGEMENT opportunities for qualified applicants. We also have amazing opportunities available for college students looking to gain experience in the marketing and advertising field.
Responsibilities of the Retail Customer Service Representative include:
* Provide Exceptional Customer Service with Every Existing and Potential Customer
* Assist Customers Daily with their Purchases, Services, and Billing Issues
* Educate Customers on all Services/Promotions Offered, Exhibiting Exceptional Product Knowledge
* Provide Product/Service support in order to Establish Proper Channels of Communication
What We Offer:
- Weekly pay ranging between $400-$600 (dependent on experience)
- Bonuses and incentives

- Full time and part time positions
Experience is NOT necessary but background in the following is considered a PLUS:
- Retail
- Sales
