A nationally-known and expanding in-home non-medical senior care company is seeking a talented, professional, organized and energetic individual who can recruit, train, retain and manage the best Caregivers in our industry; as well as play a key role in running the office.
We are looking for someone who has some or all of the list below:
- Experience in hiring, administering, retaining and training staff in the care industry.
- Strong presentation, interview, telephone and follow-up skills.
- Empathy for and desire to work with seniors.
- Experience in orientating and training new employees.
- Superior attention to detail combined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Office management experience.
- A college degree or equivalent experience coupled with some exposure to the senior care industry, either residential or in-home.
This position involves some after hours and on-call responsibilities and you must be comfortable with this. If you are a computer ninja then that is a bonus!
