We are looking for experienced Caregivers to provide exceptional service to aid families in Ventura County who have a child with developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome in the individual's own home or community to enable them to live full and dignified lives.

Areas of high need include:
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
*Enhance personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
*Assist individuals with light domestic duties as necessary such as meal preparation, tidying up play area, etc.
*Support children, teenagers, and adults at home and in the community to engage and stimulate learning
*Support each individual's existing relationships and increase their networks of friends/acquaintances.
*Supervision/companionship
REQUIREMENTS:
*1 year of professional experience with Developmental Disabilities or DSP II certificate
Or: Combination of at least 6 months professional experience and DSP I certificate
*Forms of ID compliant with I9 requirements (ex. Driver's License, Passport, Social Security Card, etc.)
*Physical Examination and TB Test within the last year (or chest X-Ray within the last 5 years)
*Valid CPR and First Aid Card (Resources available if not CPR/First Aid certified)
*Two professional References
