If you had great training and proven processes in place, how successful would you be in sales? Find out. Advantage Roofing is now hiring and training a new sales team. You must love to climb roofs.
This position is commission based with great bonus incentives in place. The average commission per project ranges from $1500-$2500. An average sales rep closes 3+ customers a week during our peak season. We provide awesome training and sales tools to help you maximize your earnings on each project.
What we are seeking:
Honest, self-motivated individuals who are detail oriented and love to climb roofs
Fast learners that are coachable and willing to follow our successful processes
Willing and able to effectively communicate with customers
Job Description:
Develop and implement new business for our residential line of business.
Review and manage insurance paperwork with homeowner / property owners
Provide estimates, proposals and bids to property owners with hail and wind damage
Develop relationships with industry professionals: (Realtors, Landlords, Apartment Communities, HOA Associations, Homeowners, etc.) to build a referral system.
Assist homeowners with material selection, insurance paperwork, collections and billing process with an insurance claim.
Manage your customer's restoration project from sign-up to closing the final invoice.
Tools Required:
Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder
Cell phone and laptop
Experience in sales of any kind
Construction background is a bonus
Continued education/ certification opportunities are provided
Compensation: Our top earners are making $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
