What you will be doing
- Work closely with the Banquet Manager to prepare meals for large parties.
- Be responsible for storing and serving food with consistent quality following IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Previous cook experience preferred.
- Must be able to work independantly and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and safety consciousness are required.
- Previous pastry experience is also a plus.
