Manpower is seeking qualified Skilled Construction Professionals candidates for full-time, long-term positions with a manufactured home construction facility in Ocala, FL. Start: As soon as qualified candidates are identified Pay: $10.00/hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Workday ends when project is complete with minimal overtime and Saturday work as needed Duration: Long-term temporary/contract * Potential for conversion to permanent employment status based on candidate attendance & performance as well as client needs/production Job Description: * Perform specialized construction duties (ceramic tiling, vinyl finish/trim installation, cabinet building, drywall hanging, roofing, ) on high-volume assembly line, resulting in fully-functioning manufactured home * Assigned to one stage in assembly process, working with small team to accomplish production goals * Work environment: blend of construction-related job duties and fast-paced assembly line organization of tasks Job Requirements: * Solid professional experience in construction, assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial setting *Specialized construction training/experience strongly preferred * Ability to complete repetitive tasks quickly and safely * Superb attention to detail * Reliable transportation * Proven ability to learn new tasks and perform them in an increasingly efficient manner * Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs. on a regular basis * Reliable transportation Pre-employment Requirements: * Drug Screen * Background Check Please respond to this job posting with an up-to-date resume or detailed summary of professional qualifications.
