**Job Summary**

Store Team Members will work regularly withcustomers to find and sell products that match their needs.

**Responsibilities**

* Interact heavily withcustomers on sales floor and cash register
* Utilize company selling approaches to create an enrichedcustomerexperience
* Assist in maintaining a well stocked and neat store appearance
* Act quickly to address customerconcerns and provide resolutions
* May be assigned to work in multiple departments to helpcustomers and the store team to achieve daily results
