Ginger Juice Company is an up-and-coming cold pressed juice start up here in the heart of Richmond. Our goal is to provide this wonderful community with the latest healthy and delicious raw juice recipes that keep our customers feeling satisfied with their body and appetite. We use fresh fruits and veggies to make the cleanest, most health effective juices one can find in the Greater Richmond area. Our goal is to become completely farm-to-bottle with a long lasting relationship with local farmers and recipes that families can trust.
Your job as a production employee would be to ensure safety and promptness of our juice produced. We are in the kitchen Mon/Wed/Fri pumping out the sweet deliciousness. While juicing is a labor intensive process we are looking for employees who exemplifies patience, passion, and safety. We in the kitchen truly are a team, everyone's job is equally as important as his or her peer's. We need employees to be well oiled cogs in our juice machine in order to keep up with the high demand that we have been blessed with in our inaugural juice season!
Listed below are some requirements for the production staff employees:
Must be available Mon/Wed/Fri starting at 8:00 or 9:00am - must have flexible availability on production days as the juice process can last anywhere from 6-10 hours.
Must be able to work one farmers market each Saturday morning, 8:00am-12pm.
Willingness to get dirty! Juicing is an art, sometimes we are the canvas.
Ability to take direction and constructive criticism. Juicing requires specific techniques, things that we experiment with and eventually perfect. It will be a fun learning process for those who are open to direction.
Communication skills - you will often find yourself representing this company to others in the community. We want bright, positive faces who can communicate our message to the citizens of Richmond, VA.
**MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, VEHICLE, AND INSURANCE!**
