About this job
Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently looking for energetic call center representatives who enjoy working in a team and strive to advance their customer service skills. This position is with a valued client in the Madison area. Hours are Monday-Friday, 2nd shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Perform outbound telephone calls
• Provide resolution to policy owner's concerns
• Search for and verify data using multiple open browser windows while on the phone
• Document policy notes and requests for service
• Perform effective research and maintain relationships with customers
REQUIREMENTS
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment
• An adaptable, analytical, and team-focused personality
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
• Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Word and Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
