Lead Caregiver - Full-time

FirstLight HomeCare is seeking a Lead Caregiver to effectively coordinate client care in an Independent Community setting. Duties include: completing initial client intakes, developing and updating care plans, providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living, and effectively managing the schedule within the community, which may include managing a small staff.
The best individual for this position is someone who possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; someone who can demonstrate initiative, leadership, and responsibility; can function independently and is self-directed. A strong knowledge of the healthcare industry or CNA certification is preferred, but not required.
