Client: Accenture End Client (Confidential)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12 months (Potential Long term)
Pay per hour: $12 an hour (W2 CANDIDATES ONLY)

Processing various claims, adjudicate claims, able to make a decision whether pay, deny or pend claims. The Claims Processor will be subject to project standards of quality and productivity.

Security Compliance:

Employees must be able to complete a full background check and drug screening prior to employment. Employees are required to maintain compliance with company safety, security and privacy programs (secrecy of all information and project-related information that may be acquired about the business, its affiliates and partners). They are responsible for being active participants of programs that protect the company's business operations, facilities, and physical and intellectual property and ensure a safe and secure working environ for all employees.

Processes:
* Claims Processing
* Enters claims data into system while interpreting coding and understanding medical terminology in relation to diagnoses and procedures.
* Processes claim forms, adjudicates for allocation of deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance maximums and provider reimbursements.
* Follows adjudication policies and procedures to ensure proper payment of claims or pend claims.

Educational Qualifications

* High School or Equivalent (Degree preferred but not required)
* Work Experience Equivalent

Experience
* 1 year "professional" work experience
* Good Communication - Verbal and Written
* Have a willingness to learn something new
* At least 6 months experience as a Processing Assistant preferred
* Outsourcing operations experience preferred, but not required
* Working knowledge and experience with computers and internet

Technical or Specific Skills (e.g. technical, computer)
* A working knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel skills
* Proficient in report writing, business correspondence


Working Conditions
Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
Overtime and On-Call may be required
