What you will be doing
- Be responsible for tending to the setup and breakdown of the buffet.
- Removing dirty dishes, utensils and trays to the kitchen
- Filling water glasses, ice bins, service stations and condiment containers
- Removing litter
- Mopping floors
- Cleaning service stations.
