This would be working directly for Discover, not working for a 3rd party company that could lose a contract or through a staffing agency.

In this new exciting part-time customer service position employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members.

Awesome agents promote to a full-time Specialty Team within six to nine months!

Qualifications

For this inbound Customer Service position great candidates must have:
A Helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude.
An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be proficient at keyboarding/typing.
Thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills

Work Schedule:
Part-Time 25-29 hours per week between the hours of 5:00 am - 2:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Training for this position starts on May 26th, 2015.

No Experience is Required however;
If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, wed love to meet you;
