Job overview
Steward provides cooks and food servers with clean cooking utensils and serviceware for the guests' dining experience as well as performing general and routine cleaning tasks.
What you will be doing
- Washing and sanitizing dishes.
- Maintaining cleanliness of dish pit at all times.
- Responsible for taking out kitchen /dining room trash.
Requirements
- Knowledge and maintenance of serviceware.
- Basic English language communication skills.
- The ability to lift and move heavy equipment on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule- hours can very according to occupancy and season.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid driver license.
- Must be fast and efficient.
- Must be able to take on projects as needed, requested by Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
