Position Summary
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Job Requirements
*Strong ability to create and maintain a distinctive 7-Eleven culture - one that rewards team members for exceptional service and delights our guests every time they visit.
*A minimum of two (2) years of prior experience as a Convenience Store Manager, with a demonstrable record of success.
*Knowledge of Convenience Store operations, sanitation and hygiene, staffing, cost control, and ordering is desired.
*Computer literacy, basic math, written and verbal skills are necessary.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on your feet for as much as ten hours per day, lifting and transporting products and materials (with a weight of up to 50 lbs.), while demonstrating a "cool" demeanor and outstanding organization skills..
*Must be 21 years of age.
