The Acquisition Marketing team is one of the growth engines of the company, focusing on innovation, digital customer experience, all with high visibility and aggressive goals. We require an operations manager who will be responsible for defect-free campaign management while identifying opportunities to reduce overall operational risk The candidate should be a proven top performer, thrive in a dynamic work environments, relish the challenges of aggressive growth/implementation targets and deliver superior results. The position is highly visible with periodic presentations and communications to management. This individual will collaborate with cross functional teams (Risk, New Accounts, Legal, Business Technology and other Marketing teams) to deliver and implement campaigns for Discover Card prospects. Furthermore, this person should lead the path in identifying opportunities to simplify and eliminate legacy processes to improve overall customer experience.This leader has responsibility for the following:- Partner with consumer & student campaign strategy teams to deliver defect-free campaigns- Monitor ongoing production and reporting on all acquisition campaigns, providing expertise to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities- Mentor/advise team, peers, and business partners on ongoing production campaigns- Deliver enhanced campaign management functionality- Lead team members at various levels through both large and small scale projects- Make critical decisions within each project by recognizing high-value requirements and finding alternate solutions for issues as they arise- Integrate new products & features into existing acquisition campaign processes- Create and maintain roadmap for system development projects- Consult on industry best practices, new government regulations, as well as existing regulations- Advise business partners on ways to mitigate operational risks as well as how to remediate impacted customers- Maintain strong risk management, internal controls and compliance practices through tracking and mitigating operational risk incidents/errors- Partner with all Marketing Business Risk and Acquisition Marketing teams to manage legal/compliance requests and enhance documentation of processes, policies and procedures- Investigate consumer inquiries regarding offers/terms booked- Advise business partners on regulated (pre-approved) and non-regulated (ITA) data as Prospect Database SME Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Qualifications

The Sr Manager should be a strong results and people leader in an operations role in relevant customer facing industries. Prior experience and excellent track record with campaign management, project implementation, and strong risk management skills will be critical for success in this role. The selected candidate must have very good career progression in chosen industry, delivering excellent business results with strong people management, interpersonal and communication

Experience Requirements:• 8+ years of relevant work experience• Bachelors degree
