Program Director - Full-time / Part-time

REM Ramsey, a member of The Mentor Network, is seeking a Program Director with knowledge and experience in ICF Homes to manage the day to day operations of a case load of individuals in Ramsey County diagnosed with Mental Health concerns, Developmental Disabilities, and Traumatic Brain Injuries.

REM Ramsey is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred plus two to three years of experience in the human services industry
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
• ICF experience preferred
