Responsibilities:
Sr. Web Testing & Optimization Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a testing / experimentation roadmap that will result in a better overall online consumer experience while driving performance improvements for our customers. This position is responsible for continuously analyzing online customers' behavior and website performance; and then partner with business leaders, web designers, and IT to develop and execute effective and measureable tests across multiple sites. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvements on all properties across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5 years related experience

Primary Repsonsibilities:
-Develop and manage web-site testing strategy and online optimization roadmap of tests / experiments.
-Manage multiple and concurrent test projects and keep them on schedule and within scope. Includes leading cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders
-Analyze web-site behavior and performance metrics to support user experience optimization efforts
-Define A/B/n and multivariate test scenarios and success metrics
-Document outcomes, report progress and communicate results and recommendations to larger team and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
-Configure and use website analytics and testing platforms to measure performance of experiments.

Education/Experience
-3-5+ years of experience working as a website analyst or direct marketer (eCommerce preferred). Experience in web analytics, online testing. Experience working with large datasets, writing queries, structuring reports.
-Hands-on experience with Maxymiser, Monetate or Adobe Test & Target, IBM Coremetrics, Google Analytics, SQL database
-Understanding of web analytics and web metrics
