We are looking for an experienced Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant with home care experience to conduct field staff training.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct home care staff training including initial training for new hires, continuing education and as-needed on the job.
- Evaluate home care worker competency
- Administer and conduct all home care worker progress and support programs as well as recognition program
- Training includes Activities of Daily Living, Companionship and Homemaker service
Qualifications:
- Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- 3 years experience providing home care services
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage critical numbers
