We have a full-time/part-time opening for a **EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician NEEDED**.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Maintenance Technician ::RESUME MUST REFLECT ALL NECESSARY EXPERIENCE LISTED BELOW:: *Inspects and repairs production and support equipment, using mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum technologies *Assists in troubleshooting equipment failures and repairs, and assists in equipment modifications according to written specifications *Program, trouble shoot and install AC & DC drives, temperature controllers as well as many other types of controllers. *Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. *Troubleshoot and view programs to PLC's is a MUST-HAVE. *Perform Preventive Maintenance and Calibrations. *Update and maintain PM and Calibration software in database. *Disassemble and reassemble equipment for the purpose of rebuilding. *Assists other technicians / mechanics as directed *Works from prints and sketches to assist in layout work, parts fabrication, and assembly *Carries out preventive and predictive maintenance per established schedules and task listings *Coordinate and track equipment returned to vendor for repair/overhaul. *Knowledgeable of Lotus Notes use and Microsoft office is a plus. *Maintains hand and special tools and related equipment; uses hand and powered tools, precision test equipment and instruments as required *Observes standard and prescribed safety and good maintenance procedures, and applies good housekeeping practices in work areas at all times *This person must be more mechanical than electrical and have experience with motors, pumps and vacuums.
