We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce.com Administrator to join our Medicare Sales Operation Team. This role serves as the Lead administrator for our Salesforce.com (SFDC) system providing daily support to the user base and driving process improvement across the business unit through the SFDC platform. The Senior Administrator will identify and lead high profile projects to drive SFDC innovation and improve business processes within the Sales organization and across stakeholder functions, such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Compliance. This position requires a unique blend of SFDC Administrator and Developer expertise, strong Business Analysis skills, and the ability to work independently.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily System Maintenance & Support
  • Daily administration and support of SFDC including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles, permission sets, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations;
  • Provide application users with technical support;
  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution;
  • Train new and existing users on how to use system features and processes;
  • Develop/support basic and advanced reports and dashboards 
  • Process Innovation
  • Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, data validation, triggers;
  • Develop and maintain VisualForce, APEX code, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions;
  • Create desktop and mobile applications on the SFDC platform;
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues;
  • Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements;
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements;
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and related materials for users as SFDC applications are developed. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of CRM Administration and Development experience, including customization of objects, field, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 3+ years of Business Data Analysis experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce.com Developer Certification or equivalent SalesForce experience.
  • Experience with implementing 3rd Party applications within SFDC or other CRM tools.
  • Experience with SFDC Partner Portals or Communities and Marketing Automation.
