Position Summary: We are currently recruiting for Retail Store Manager for our Corningware, Corelle & More. The right individual for this position must be able take ownership for the entire store operations including, P&L accountability, selling and customer service, recruiting, and training. Primary Responsibilities:
*Responsible for all phases of store operations
*Ensure that Company standards and expectations are met
*Execute business plan to deliver desired sales and profit
*Deliver remarkable customer service
*Recruit, train and develop store associates
*Manage and maintain control of stockroom and merchandise
*Create strong product presentations drive sales
*Know how to operate and apply all operating policies and procedures to ensure your store runs smoothly, with minimum expense, maximum productivity, accurate cash, and inventory control

Required Qualifications:
*Minimum of 5 years management experience in a RETAIL environment
*Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
*Ability to train, coach and develop Associates
*Must have highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize
*Must exercise considerable independent judgment and discretion
*Ability to work variety of shifts
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Interact with and work well with others in various fast changing, environments/situations including strong networking, listening, and effective problem solving skills
*Ability to motivate others through persuasion and leadership
*Ability to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously
*Ability to maintain self-confidence and high self-esteem in tasks such as setting and selling promotional sales
