We have a part-time opening for a Hiring cooks to work this weekend!.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Must have 2 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
Requirements
Qualified candidate MUST have:
*At least 1 year experience cooking in a professional, high-volume setting (restaurant, catering, etc.)
*Chef attire (coat, pants, non slip shoes) and a knife set!
*Ability to work as part of a team & take direction
*Ability to follow recipe and work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Must provide culinary experience on resume to be considered for placement
*Must be able to submit to a drug screen prior to placement
*Must have reliable transportation
Experienced Cook description: Set up/break down and clean station, prepare a variety of foods (meats, seafood, poultry, vegetable, cold food items, etc.), portion control, regulate temperature of broilers/grills/roasters/ovens, properly store & package foods, arrange sauces and garnishes, maintain a clean work environment, close down kitchen under the direct supervision of the chef on site.
