Requirements

• 4-year degree
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences; proven ability to motivate and direct teams
• 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment; strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures to others
• Ability to access all levels and areas of facility
• Openness to relocation
