We are looking for FUN, ENERGETIC, OUTGOING people to join our team. We need help in the following areas: cashiering, stocking, marketing, and balloon decor/twisters.
Sales Associate
Effective communication skills with an ability to maximize group efforts.
Offer amazing customer service by being the initial and final contact for our customer's shopping experience.
Understanding of safety policies and practices.
Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
Ability to perform cash register functions.
Ability to lift and move freight
Ability to be a team player and lead by example
Supervisory/Management
Cool Kat believes in promoting from within. Thus, we are also looking for individuals interested in being fast tracked to a supervisory/management role. 1+ years of retail experience in a high sku environment is mandatory. Must have night/weekend availability. See map of store location for proximity to your residence(18532 Kuykendahl Rd. Spring, 77379). We will not review applicants outside of a 10 mile radius.
