  • Develops high impact in-store merchandising strategies and store fixtures/displays for T-Mobile customer touch points in the retail environment, evaluates fixture space usage for overall productivity, effectiveness and continuous refinement/improvement.
  • Partners with the Real Estate team on new store floor layouts and new fixture designs changes for all channels to ensure proper placement/quantity of fixtures and collateral - creating consistency in the stores 'look and feel' - One Brand, One Voice.' - Member of the Retail Store Design Review Committee - Merchandising/Marketing's lead for approval of new store designs and fixture changes for all store types.
  • Executes highly effective merchandising operational strategies that drive efficiency of cost and accuracy of distribution and communication.
  • Partners with retail & ERP leadership team on any current store layout change that will support the latest revisions to merchandising, product flow or past layouts that need to be updated to be on brand.
  • Partners with the Newport 2 Gear Store team on all merchandising/fixture and Gear product assortments that are to be sold in the Gear Store
  • Manages the overall retail lab mailbox, scheduling and fixture layout and sustainability of the Newport 5 Test Retail lab
  • Manages any window wrap needs in all channel types in conjunction with Retail Facilities team


  • 10 plus years progressive retail merchandising /marketing experience with leading edge retailers
  • Ability to develop innovative and cost effective fixture and store design strategies and work cross-functionally with online teams to develop web based tools that creatively impact brand awareness, improve the customer experience, and optimize creative production in all retail sales locations
  • Ability to execute and manage all merchandising and creative direction for all in-store promotions and collateral placement ensuring the direction to the field is in-line with T-Mobile brand usage & positioning guidelines & product strategies
  • Understands the creative production process sufficiently in order to intelligently and articulately communicate with agencies /vendors to translate the business needs into creative/visual merchandising / fixture solutions
  • Understands how to interpret Real Estate design blue prints for new store builds to be able to articulate the needs of fixture space management, layout and the overall 'visual/creative' design elements of the store to ensure Brand integrity in the 'look and feel'.
  • Displays moderate merchandising design skills and has a detail oriented design aesthetic
