Position: Instructor for Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Reports to: OTA Program Director
Hours: Daytime Business Hours, Monday-Friday
(early evening options also available)
General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Lecture and/or Lab Instructional Duties
? Curriculum planning/implementation
? Participation in development and evaluation activities.
Minimum Requirements:
? Must be licensed in MO as OT or OTA
? Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
? Have 3+ years clinical O.T. experience
? Good communication skills; Proficient in spoken/written English
? Able to use Microsoft Office products and Internet
? Good time management and organizational skills
? Good interpersonal skills consistent with teaching and advising others
? Ability to effectively teach, manage, and evaluate students in both clinical & didactic settings.
*Proof of current Missouri State License and transcripts from accredited OT/OTA program required prior to start of employment. All new employees are subject to criminal background check.
