Base salary plus monthly commission/incentives!
Candidate is responsible for administering and managing the on-site temporary staffing services at one of our local client companies. Will be supporting temporary associates on all shifts, and work in partnership with Express recruiters and client management staff.
REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of experience in staffing or manufacturing/industrial supervision. At least 1 year experience working in production/manufacturing environment. General knowledge of HR laws/regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent listening skills. Strong keyboarding & computer skills; ability to quickly learn Windows based HR software. Ability to rotate/flex personal schedule in order to handle issues for AM & PM shifts
