Onsite Staffing Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

The On-site Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major Manpower client. Specifically, the individual in this position: 1) delivers high quality service to the client and associates by matching the skills of associates to client needs, 2) develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service, and 3) performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance. Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply. Primary Job Functions include: 1. Obtain detailed assignment information from the client and utilize it to make solid associate matches 2. Recruit, interview and test candidates to evaluate their qualifications for assignments. 3. Administer the training of candidates and associates to upgrade their skills for assignments. 4. Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all associates. 5. Monitor associate attendance and performance. 6. Monitor associate time punches and edit as appropriate. 7. Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of client and associates. 8. Coach and counsel associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. 9. Answer telephone to provide desired information to clients and associates. 10. Maintain client and associate employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy. 11. Produce requested management reports.
