We have a part-time opening for a Servers Needed for High-End Events! Start Work Immediately!.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements
Do you have a passion for hospitality? We are currently seeking dedicated, professional servers to work at fine-dining catered private events in St. Louis and surrounding areas. We serve high-profile clients and are looking only for the best. These positions are seasonal, part-time, or variable hours, but it could grow into MUCH MORE for the right candidate(s).
So what are the key components of being a great server?
An ideal candidate is polite and friendly--even in incredibly difficult situations. Serving isn't an easy job--you need to be able to deal with a myriad of personalities and stressful situations WITH A SMILE.
Presentation is a crucial component of the hospitality industry; an ideal candidate is well-groomed and understands the importance of good hygiene.
An ideal candidate will have one year of experience in fine-dining banquet serving, however if you fit the part, we are willing to train.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Setting up, running and breakdown of events from small business meetings with minimal food to large groups with full meals; setting up tables, chairs, bars, and AV equipment.
-Serving fine dining plated events as well as buffet-style banquets; waiting on guests, refilling beverages, handling special requests and general table manicuring.
-Show dedication and professionalism in attending to customer needs and maintaining good hospitality customer relations.
MUSTS
-You must be 18 or older to apply
-You must have reliable transportation
-You must have a personal standard for EXCELLENCE
-You must genuinely understand the meaning of the word HOSPITALITY--and enjoy imparting it to others
