Architect - Full-time / Part-time

Local Architectural firm is looking for a registered architect to support their firm portfolio focused on Interior Workplace Strategy and Planning.

Major Job Duties:

• Create and manage interior architecture design and concepts including programming and space planning for clients
• Interpret codes for practical project applications
• Have the ability to work with design documentation and specification, writing, and cost estimation
• Will work closely with both, team members and clients, to come up with creative and economical solutions for interior spaces
• High possibility of working on 20-25 smaller projects at a time
• Most smaller projects are done within 2-3 weeks
• Will take projects from start to finish and construction admin.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must possess strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be team oriented
• Must have ability to multitask
• Bachelors of Masters Degree in Architecture is Required
• 5+ years of architecture experience
• Must be a Registered Licensed Architect in the State of Indiana
• Some Revit experience is preferred

Additional Information:

• Monday thru Friday; 8-5
• Occasional overtime may be required
