Required Skills:
-Ability to read blue prints and related specifications
-Knowledge of material and labor costs
-Knowledge of retail construction a plus
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Highly proficient in Microsoft applications
-Candidate must be extremely organized, a flexible team player and able to operate in fast paced environment
