Job Description:

  • Admin Support to the manager and general affairs department
  • Back up support to the conference room supervisor
  • Process purchase orders invoices for approval and payment.
  • Assisting the fleet manager with spreadsheet work
  • Back up support to the front desk

Skills:

Intermediate excel skills- basic formulas, formatting and editing spreadsheets.
