The Dickey's team is rapidly expanding in the Northwest Arkansas market and is looking for experienced and highly motivated crew members and restaurant managers.
Dickey's Barbecue Pit is now hiring experienced Shift Managers. The role of a shift manager is to assist in managing shifts during times a salaried manager is unavailable. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in a quick service, fast casual format
- Ability to lead others in completing detailed opening or closing tasks with speed and exactness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have the ability to develop a positive working relationship with all team members and work as part of the team by helping others as needed or requested
- Highly motivated and responsible individual
- Be able to manage a shift and meet stores daily goals
- Possess a "Can-do" attitude and takes ownership
- Professional appearance
- Ability to progress to Assistant Manager position within 1 year
