Restaurant Server - Full-time / Part-time

The Battle House Mobile Hotel & Spa and the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel have immediate openings for food and beverage servers in our fine dining hotel restaurants, in our casual café, in In-Room Dining, and at our roof-top pool.

Duties include greeting and serving our guests according to our brand standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, in a gracious and professional manner. Our servers must display outgoing hospitality through a positive personality with both guests and co-workers. Server duties include keeping work area clean, serving guests promptly, performing necessary side-work, being aware of daily specials, soups, and drinks, being knowledgeable of all menu items and able to answer guests' questions about content and preparation methods, preparing guest order tickets, able to operate the point-of-sale system, and checking food prior to delivery to guest. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment and able to work a flexible schedule to support outlet hours of operation.
