About this job

The Customer Service Representative works with customers to address inquiries and concerns related to the patient's account. Job tasks and responsibilities include:

Reconciles accounts according to insurance contracts

Reviews accounts for appeal requests and duplicate or charge errors and forwards appropriately

Promptly answers all inquiries from customers via telephone or mail

Job qualifications include:

Must have at least one year of Medical Office customer service experience

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills required

Basic computer skills needed

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
