REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Position Reports To: District Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION/POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for providing administrative support to the district management staff. Is responsible for entering Time Sheets, creating inventory packets, preparing general correspondence and basic filing. Responsible for updating schedules, entering new hire information, processing of inventory and project paperwork, mailings and other miscellaneous support functions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Experience or Knowledge Requirements
A minimum of two years office experience with working knowledge of various computer applications, including software such as Microsoft products
Experience with the Oracle database preferred
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and expedite assigned tasks
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to interact with company employees in a confidential and discreet manner
Ability to perform job responsibilities with little or no supervision.
Job Requirements/Duties
Entering Time Sheet information into Oracle database
Produces and files memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
Assembles, tabulates, calculates and maintains reporting and data as required
Records and maintains human resource files in accordance with legal requirements
Maintains Absence Tracker records
Maintains professional working relationship with customers, applicants and other business
Keeps management informed as needed or as problems arise
Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties
Maintains a strict adherence to the company tardiness and absenteeism policy
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and use appropriate judgment in routine business situations and maintains business ethics at all times with supervisors, co-workers and customers
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Places community before self, engages and works effectively with and assists other team members
Ability to relate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation

Qualification
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
Desk work (frequent)
Repetitive motions requiring use of wrists, hands and fingers (frequent)
Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent)
Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information (frequent)
Able to work for extended periods of time (occasional)
Able to lift and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds (occasional)
