Position Description:

As a Product Development Manager, you will help develop the strategy and vision, product roadmaps, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance for enhancements. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • Support the development of market and sales strategies and value proposition
  • Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives 
  • Manage cross-segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
  • Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across multiple areas including technology, marketing, and service operations

This position is located in Golden Valley or Eden Prairie, MN.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of Product Management/ Product development experience in a matrix environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing large projects and/or leading multi-departmental work-groups
  • Excellent
    cross-functional team leadership, strong project management skills,
    proficient computer skills and good writing skills. 
  • Experience using data and research to formulate logical business recommendations 
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suites experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Experience in bringing software and technology solutions to market is preferred
  • Healthcare preferred.
