Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an Inbound Call Center Receptionist. We are seeking a professional individual that has previous customer service experience who will exude professionalism. Candidates must be able to type 35 wpm and be able to take messages for the company. The hours of this position are 2 pm to 11 pm Monday through Friday and the employee will be required to work every other weekend. When the employee is scheduled for a weekend shift then he she will have off 1 -2 days during the week.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner.

-Take accurate messages and enter the message into the computer system.

-Use the correct grammar and spelling when taking the message.

-Navigate with the computer software.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-Ability to type 35 wpm and spell with 100% accuracy

-Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
