INBOUND SALES REP (Customer Marketing Team)

In this consultative role with our inbound phone center team you’ll speak with our Spanish-speaking residential customers, assess their needs, and convey the full range of Time Warner Cable Services (high speed data, digital telephone, cable television, wireless, and bundles.) You’ll discuss current marketing options, guide customers to a confident choice, and achieve personal/company revenue targets. No cold calling involved!

Candidates must be focused, quick learners, and easy conversationalists, with a noticeable passion for customer care. Must understand performance based compensation structures, be able to learn/execute sales technique and handle conflict, and have some related sales, marketing or customer service experience. If you meet these qualifications, and are willing to work in a fast- paced setting on a flexible schedule, you can do very well here.

· Must be flexible to work between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
· Minimum of one year sales experience required with a proven ability to sell.
· Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and pass a verbal bilingual assessment.
· Previous cable industry and/or call center experience, preferred.
