We are looking for someone to support using a large database of clinical data in medical research. In this role, you will have daily interaction with researchers from some of the largest health care companies in the world to help them make best use of their data. You will work with IT staff to help facilitate data transfers and legal staff to ensure compliance and security regulations are followed. We are looking for someone with expertise in both clinical areas (for example: public health or nursing) and computer skills.


  

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Supporting three data products
  • Acting as Back-up technical support for data
  • Training customers
  • Visiting customers on-site
  • Performing Account Management responsibilities for renewal contracts and additional data purchases

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ year experience in data/training/healthcare
  • Training experience, corporate training preferred
  • 25% travel
  • Exposure to both claims data and clinical data, proficiency in at least one
  • Exposure to data analysis of large data sets
  • Located in Boston or New Jersey
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Clinical  or Public Health
