Processor - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Processor.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Processor position for one of our clients in Salt Lake City, UT! Job Responsibilities: Operates production equipment for areas including: reactions, crushing, leaching/rinsing, drying, screening and packaging Ti (Titanium) sponge products Job Duties * General housekeeping and supporting 5S program * Safely handle chemicals such as HCl, Caustic, TTC, and Na. * Use forklift to move materials * Use CAT to complete melt tear-out. * Use power tools like grinders, plasma welders, etc. for pot/lid preparations * Complete checklists where applicable. * Assist Operations & Management where applicable * Work involves regular standing and walking, bending and reaching. * Use safety equipment such as mechanical lifting devices, heat resistant gloves, aprons, chemical/leather coats, hoods, ear protection, and goggles. * Lift/carry up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.(max lifting requirement may perform 1x per day) Qualifications/ Attributes/Skills Required/Sought Technical: - Technically competent - ability to operate main and auxiliary equipment. - Supports continuous improvement. - Ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner. - Ability to work indoors/outdoors in hot/cold climates. Experience/Education Required/Sought: - Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including lifting, bending, twisting, stepping. - High-school diploma or GED required. Special Considerations: Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant. Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological or other physical risks are anticipated.
