Manpower is currently looking for Call Center Reps for a client located in the Bolingbrook, IL area. This is a long-term assignment paying $11.50 per hour, working a 10:30am - 7:00pm shift. Job Description: Call Center Rep will be responsible for medically reviewing a non-negative drug test result to determine if a legitimate explanation exists for the result. The Donor Caller is a central player in the Medical Review Office and is responsible for answering all incoming calls and making all outgoing calls to donors who require MRO interview. Much of the business is conducted via phone with responsibly to email, fax or data entry. Primary Responsibilities: * Logging all calls on daily log sheets * Printing/preparing verification sheets for MRO's (adding special instructions and drug information) * Making notes in database of all calls made and/or any oddities occurring with call * Monitoring priority accounts and handling rush results * Responding to donor caller e-mails (e-mails from other offices requesting a call be made to the donor) * Will work in 2 databases. * Responsible for updating client services with status. * Donor Callers may be called on as needed to be trained or assist with special projects or duties as assigned by their team leader, supervisor, or manager. * Will also assist with customer problems or questions, handle other clerical or general office work as needed, assist with training others or learn new assignments, etc. * There are varying fluctuations in volume in different departments, therefore Donor Caller Reps may be cross-trained in different capacities so they can improve their skills, assist in other departments as needed as well as progress thru the job family. Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: * Previous Call Center Customer service experience preferred * Good computer, phone and data entry skills necessary * Must have good verbal and written communication skills * Most of the work is routine and the most flexibility is when customer service reps are assigned to help out another unit due to workload levels, vacations, absences, etc.
