Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Customer Relations Representative - Bilingual Position Purpose: Responsible for responding to calls from customers in both English and Spanish including verifying eligibility and benefits, checking the status of a claim, educating customers on appropriate procedures, and assisting members with locating providers. Knowledge/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 6 months of customer service and data entry experience preferably in the healthcare field. Fluent in Spanish. Competencies: Team Member: Critical Thinking/Execution, Adaptability/Flexibility, Communication/Relationship Development, Technical and Professional Knowledge Position Responsibilities: *Understand and explain vision benefits to customers, addressing concerns when necessary *Understand and explain status or processing of claims to customers, addressing concerns when necessary *Quote eligibility and benefits for customers as requested *Assist customers with locating local providers *Educate customers in proper procedures for filing claims including use of claim forms, mailing address and other billing information *Ensure that all calls beyond the scope of the Customer Relations team are moved efficiently to the Customer Solutions team for more intensive research Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
