We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Temporary to Hire Forklift Operators in Cedar Rapids, IA!!.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Are you looking to start a career with a well established distribution company in Cedar Rapids, IA? Manpower is currently recruiting for temporary to hire forklift operators on multiple shifts (mainly 2nd and 3rd). This distribution center handles refrigerated/frozen food so the environment is between 40 to -10 degrees depending on which area you are working in. Reach trucks are primarily used when pulling inventory and associates must be able to lift 50-75lbs on a somewhat consistent basis as orders are picked. Pay starts at $13/hr.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
*1-2 years of previous forklift experience (reach truck preferred)
*Ability to operate a hand scanner
*A history of safe work habits and excellent attendance
*An ability to work with both a team and independently throughout the day
*Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
