Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will introduce the customer to our negotiation free Fast, Simple, Smart process and discover their preferences, needs, and buying motives to ensure that they find the vehicle that is a perfect fit for them. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding new career with a great company.

Each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:

• Providing comprehensive product information throughout the Fast, Simple, Smart buying process
• Providing an extensive and customer oriented product experience by explaining product features based on customers’ actual needs

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is driven and has proven customer service skills. A successful candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and will enjoy serving customers by providing nothing less than excellence in the customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone with a winning attitude who sees obstacles as opportunities.

• High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred
• Previous Hospitality, Retail and/or Sales experience
• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine desire to provide great customer service
