Cintas is currently looking for a First Aid & Safety Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new, business to business account development in our First Aid, Safety and Fire Division. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Reps to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field riding with Sales Reps and developing new business customer accounts. Additional duties may include managing fire protection sales representatives.
Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.
Valid Driver's License
Bachelor's Degree or four years related experience required
1-3 years outside sales experience required
Previous management experience, preferably in a sales environment, preferred
New "business to business" account development experience, preferred
